Delivery

Salt orders, including kitchen sinks and wine coolers, are delivered within our regular day-to-day operating areas personally by a Hydroworks team member. Other items, such as installation kits and kitchen taps, are delivered in the UK using one of our delivery partners.

Salt Deliveries

We offer FREE salt delivery within our regular day-to-day operating areas — covering all of Kent and South East London, and almost all of Sussex and Surrey.

We’ll not only bring the salt right to your door—we’ll even neatly put it away in your preferred location. And if you’d like, we’ll happily refill your softener and carry out a FREE health check to make sure it’s producing beautifully softened water 💧.

Our team do have salt trolleys, so for larger loads, we should be able to deliver easily. However, if you live in an area with access restrictions, please work with our team member as much as possible to help us deliver your salt. This might mean helping to get the salt to your home from the van, or arranging suitable parking that won’t incur charges or longer distances. We will, however, always do our very best.

We currently deliver salt to the following postcode areas only:

  • BN — Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Eastbourne, Worthing, Seaford, Steyning, Hailsham & surrounds
  • BR — Bromley
  • CR — Croydon (CR0, CR2, CR3, CR5, CR6, CR7, CR8)
  • CT — Canterbury, Whitstable, Margate, Ramsgate, Dover, Folkestone & nearby towns
  • DA — Dartford, Longfield, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Erith, Greenhithe
  • KT — Kingston Upon Thames, New Malden, Worcester Park, Surbiton, Thames Ditton, Chessington, Epsom, Tadworth, Ashtead
  • ME — Rochester and surrounding ME postcodes
  • RH — Reigate, Redhill, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Crawley, Dorking, Burgess Hill
  • SM — Sutton, Morden, Carshalton, Wallington, Banstead
  • SE London – SE1 through to SE28
  • TN — Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Hastings, Tonbridge, Tenterden & surrounds

We deliver Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding bank holidays).

You’ll get a call or email the working day before your delivery.

On the delivery day, our team will call you with a more accurate ETA.

If you are not at home and need your order left somewhere safe, please let us know where. Once the order is delivered, we take no responsibility if it goes missing or is damaged.

We want your experience to be smooth and stress-free every time.

Some apartment blocks are challenging for salt deliveries — they have multiple floors, fire doors, no parking, or tight time limits that risk parking fines, which our driver then has to pay out of his own pocket. We must ensure this does not happen.

So before we confirm your order, we’ll do our best to assess whether your building is accessible. If needed, we may need to leave your salt in the lobby or entrance area, but we will always do our best to notify you in advance when the salt delivery driver arrives.

If our driver determines that he cannot deliver to you due to access restrictions, he will offer you the option to collect your salt from the side of the road while he waits or provide a full refund.

Parking Tickets — Some apartment blocks are extremely strict with deliveries. If we receive a parking fine when delivering, we regret that we will need to remove your property from our future delivery list.

We only deliver salt to the postcode areas listed above.

We do deliver to addresses inside the London Congestion Zone — but we’ll need to add the congestion charge to your order.
